Support with the things that matter, in the place you love

Every care plan is written with you, not for you. Visits can be as short as a morning check-in or as involved as several visits a day, and your plan adapts as your needs change.

Personal care

Help with washing, bathing, showering, dressing, grooming and continence care. Our support workers are trained to work at your pace and protect your dignity and privacy at every step, inspectors heard directly from our clients that care "upheld their privacy and dignity".

  • Morning and evening routines, at times that suit you
  • Support with continence and catheter care
  • Skin, hair and oral care

Medication administration

From gentle reminders to full administration, we make sure medication is taken safely and on time. Every dose is recorded, and our registered manager audits medication records so your family and GP can have confidence.

  • Prompting, assisting or administering, as agreed in your plan
  • Ordering and collecting prescriptions
  • Clear records shared with family and healthcare professionals

Companionship & emotional support

Loneliness and isolation have a real impact on wellbeing. Our carers don't just attend to physical needs; they bring a listening ear, conversation over a cup of tea, and a familiar, consistent presence week after week.

  • Regular visits from the same small team
  • Shared meals, hobbies, walks and outings
  • Reassurance calls for family members

Dementia care

Many of the people we support live with dementia. Consistency matters most: familiar faces, familiar routines and carers trained to communicate calmly and respond to changing needs, in the comfort of a home full of memories.

  • Dementia-trained support workers
  • Routines built around lifelong habits and preferences
  • Close communication with family and GPs

Accompanied appointments & shopping

We accompany you to GP surgeries, hospital appointments, the pharmacy, the hairdresser or the shops, door to door, with a helping hand and good company along the way.

  • Medical appointments with a note back to family
  • Weekly shopping, with you, or done for you
  • Support getting out and about locally

Home help, meals & cleaning

Light housework, laundry, changing beds and preparing meals you actually enjoy, we take note of your likes and dislikes, and we double-check them, because the little details are the difference between service and care.

  • Meal planning and preparation around your preferences
  • Laundry, ironing and light cleaning
  • Keeping the home safe, tidy and welcoming
Specialist & short-term care

When needs are more complex, or time is short

Alongside our day-to-day home care, we provide specialist and short-notice support. We accept referrals from the NHS, social services enablement teams, private hospitals, GP surgeries, hospices and care agencies, as well as directly from individuals and families.

Palliative care (nursing support)

We deliver palliative care that supports both the person and their family through serious illness. Our therapeutic approach focuses on comfort, dignity and quality of life, working alongside district nurses, hospices and GPs.

  • Comfort-focused personal care and symptom support
  • Emotional support for the whole family
  • Coordination with hospices, district nurses and GPs

Continuing care for long-term conditions

For people living with long-term or degenerative conditions who cannot manage independently, we provide ongoing support at home with nursing input, including care for people who are bedbound.

  • Support for bedbound clients, with pressure-area awareness
  • Bowel care, catheter care and tracheotomy care with nursing support
  • Long-term plans reviewed as conditions change

Home from hospital support

The first weeks after a hospital stay are when the right support prevents readmission. We work with hospital discharge and enablement teams to have care in place from the day you come home.

  • Care arranged to match your discharge date
  • Medication, meals, mobility and confidence-building
  • Short-term packages that step down as you recover

Respite, holiday & emergency cover

Family carers need breaks, and sometimes plans fall through at short notice. We provide planned respite and holiday cover, and emergency cover when your usual arrangements suddenly can't continue.

  • Planned cover so family carers can rest or travel
  • Emergency cover arranged at short notice
  • Handover notes so nothing is missed while you're away

Live-in care arrangements

Where round-the-clock reassurance is needed, we can make arrangements for live-in carer support, a genuine alternative to residential care that keeps you in your own home, with your own routines.

  • A carefully matched live-in carer
  • Full support with personal care, meals and the home
  • Discussed and planned after your initial enquiry

How we keep standards high

Assessment before admission. Our qualified team visits every prospective client first, to be certain we can meet expectations before care begins. A living care plan. Created with you and your family, and formally reviewed every six months, or sooner when needs change. Rigorous training. Every employee completes a comprehensive induction covering statutory and mandatory topics, plus a personal development plan. Measured quality. Regular performance and quality assurance monitoring, benchmarked against defined industry standards.

Not sure what level of care is right?

That's exactly what a first conversation is for. Send an enquiry, we'll talk it through by phone or email, and arrange a home assessment if we're the right fit.
