Our CQC rating, and what we're doing about it
Our overall CQC rating is Requires Improvement (published January 2023). Our Caring and Responsive ratings are Good, and we were rated Good overall in 2020. Inspectors heard from clients and families that our carers are kind and caring, and told us where our records and recruitment checks must get better. We publish the full report and our improvement plan, because trust starts with honesty.
